It's called SPS Italia - Smart Production Solutions and it is the fair recognized as the most important point of reference for the Italian manufacturing sector in the country. The annual appointment is in Parma to learn new trends and discuss topics regarding industrial automation, this year from 23rd till 25th May and SIPRO will be among the exhibitors.

The fair, now in its eleventh edition, consists of six exhibition pavilions and an area called District 4.0 itinerary, with functional demos and application cases, illustrates the potential of Digital&Software, Robotics and Mechatronics, Additive Manufacturing solutions.

Among this year's trend topics, the theme of the digital transition in Industry 5.0 and sustainable production, the Circular Economy and new business models.

What SIPRO presents in SPS Italia

There will be three products that the Venetian company will present in Parma for SPS Italia: two numerical controls and a DELTA robot.

With these products in particular, SIPRO addresses at manufacturers of automatic machines for the various production sectors, at system integrators able to provide complete and programmed solutions to their customers and at companies active in the automation sector in general.

- SIAX XPC high performance multi-axis numerical control
Considering the four SIPRO numerical controls, the SIAX XPC is the one developed on a REAL TIME system based on Windows® 64 bit with management of up to 256 axes and 64 interpolating groups.The SIAX XPC is designed for individual very high performance machines and for the management of complete lines with a large number of axes.

Inside the SIPRO stand will be possible to see a demo of a machine with 8 interpolating groups.

- SIAX A-EVO numerical control
Still in the family of numerical controls, the new SIAX A-EVO control is composed by the following specifications: management of up to 4 axes in Ethercat / analog, on-board or remote inputs and outputs and, according to needs, it can have an integrated or separate display.

- DELTA D4 700 HS - C geometry robot
The third product presented by SIPRO on the SPS Italia stand is the new geometry DELTA robot D4 700 HS – C. It’s a machine with the management of the fourth cardan axis and in IP65 version, the DELTA robot is a product designed for food machines and automatic machines in general, which they will soon have an IP69K version.

In the fair will be presented a demo of the DELTA Robot, complete with a vision system that simulates picking up of delicate objects from a belt conveyor and their deposit on another belt conveyor. Furthermore, visitors will be able to have a demonstration of how the operator interface software is installed in a normal tablet or smartphone that works on the Android® system.
