Description

SIPRO has a good experience in the glass drilling machine both semiautomatic than automatic with numerical control.

The drilling of the glass is controlled by the numerical control of SIPRO with the possibility of programming a wide range of parametrics which generates both holes than milling, having the opportunity to see in real-time the graphic preview of what have been set. The possibility of connecting to an external CAD/CAM software for the generation of the various profiles or even only the conversion of DXF files in ISO code completes the editor part. You can also handle both the double spindle and the milling operations with automatic compensation of the tool radius.

The most widely used numerical control in glass drilling is SIAX A100 for simpler machines, while for more complex machines the choice is SIAX M8/T for internal panel connected with a consumer or industrial PC (CO15) with motors and brushless drives using Ethercat fieldbus.
