Transfer

Description

SIPRO has used many times its own numerical controls for transfer machines: for the cleaning of metals, for the multistation processing machines, for assembly machines and for special applications.

To underline is the integration, in several circumstances, with various types of robots (anthropomorphic and Scara especially) and with sophisticated vision systems (always managed by Sipro) in which it is demonstrated the flexibility and versatility of Sipro’s numerical controls.

Fundamental in transfer machines is the multi-channel management of the latest generation of controls: 8 independent channels with 4 simoultaneous interpolating groups and further total 24 parallel programs in addition to the 8 channels for a maximum at the end of 32 parallel programs.

Great advantage is given by the user interface software SiproCncInterface (SCI), ready to use interface for CNC machines with already cabled a number of necessary functions for such machines.

On such machines, with the need of high performance and with a very large number of axes, a great benefit is given by the use of the Ethercat fieldbus and brushless motors with feedback from absolute encoder, as well as the use of torque and linear motors and distributed wiring with IP67 modules.

The demand of more command points, having some machines an important dimensional extension, is reflected by the use of Android terminals in palmar version (HMIS7/P and HMIS10/P).

The most used numerical controls in transfer are SIAX M8/T and SIAX M32 connected to an industrial PC (CO12 or CO15).
