Leather sector machines

Description

SIPRO has an extensive experience in the leather sector, having realized a variety of applications such as cutting and glueing of leather and machines for various types of shoes.

In cutting machines are exploited all the potentials of the numerical control and of brushless motors and drives - connected in Ethercat - to achieve the performance required in the shape cutting with tangential axis and in interfacing with specific software of design and nesting for this sector. To be underlined is the possibility of Sipro’s numerical controls to manage up to 4 interpolation groups simultaneously, and so to manage up to 4 machining heads.

In automatic machines of glueing it is exploited in particular the experience of Sipro in vision systems, used to locate the pieces placed randomly on the worktop and to determine the path to apply glue. Moreover it is important the ability to maintain the constant speed of interpolation in order to achieve an homogeneous distribution of the material even on the corners.

In both types of machines the most widely used numerical control is SIAX M8/T for internal panel with user interface on a consumer or industrial PC (CO15).
