Bridge saw

Description

Sipro has an extensive and historical experience in the marble sector. From the first flag cutters with alphanumeric display, Sipro then moved to the first bridge saw machines with numerical control in 1995, integrating then as first one in its technology the management of the rotary head.

The current numerical controls used in this application incorporate many advanced features from the world of machine tools such as RTCP management, the double group of interpolations, the anti-collision system, the re-start from the point and some others. The generation of the ISO code of the machining profile is made by an external CAD/CAM software.

The most used numerical control in bridge saw is the SIAX M8/T for internal panel connected to an industrial PC (CO15) and with brushless motors and drives with absolute encoder and Ethercat connection.
