Description

SIPRO has used many times its numerical controls in CNC machines for various production fields (for example eyeglasses machines and buttons machines) where are exploited all interpolation functionality at high speed such for example RTCP (for both mono than bi-rotary heads for rototilting tables), tool radius compensation, the work plane planar error and non linear single axis compensation, the 3D rototranslations with dynamical matrixes.

The easy interface of the latest generation numerical controls with CAD/CAM through the ISO standard code makes easier and rapid the programming of the machine.

It is possible to utilize the user interface software SiproCncInterface (SCI), a ready to use interface for CNC machines with already cabled all the necessary features such as: graphic preview of ISO, ISO editor, manual movement management, MDI, tool table, circle test etc).

On machines requiring high performance great benefit is the use of Ethercat fieldbus and brushless motors with feedback from absolute encoder as well as the use of torque and linear motors and distributed wiring with IP67 modules.

The control most widely used in such applications is SIAX M8/T connected to an industrial PC (CO12 or CO15).
